Meet the teacher - Mrs Cox
I have worked at Holy Cross since September 2021, but have been a teacher working in both Primary and Nursery Schools for more than 20 years. I am passionate about Early Years as they are the most important years of a child’s life. I love to provide lots of different experiences that promote children’s learning through play. I am also the Relationship and Health Coordinator at school, helping children to learn about Healthy Lifestyles and how to have positive relationships with others, following Jesus as their role model. I run the gardening club for children, growing plants to improve the school grounds.
Outside of school, my hobbies include walking in the countryside around my home, swimming at my local pool and spending time with my family. My children are in their twenties, my daughter is pursuing a career in public health and my son hopes to pursue a career in finance.
