This term's theme was the Olympic Games which will be taking place in Paris this summer (26 July-11 August 2024).
The children had lots of fun creating things around this theme. They created a poster with mascots and then made flags for the different countries taking part. They also made a copy of the Eiffel Tower using paper straws. They made Olympic torches using brown paper and the flames were made using the red tissue paper. Finally, they made medals using recycled cardboard with metallic paints and head wreaths using paper plates.
After all that creating, the children took parts in different sports on the field and wore their medals with pride.
