This term we went for a walk around our local area as part of our learning in Geography. We enjoyed walking through Queen’s Park and looking out for certain places. We had to look out for a place where we can buy food, a pond and the names of streets. We talked about how we know Swindon is a town because it has many schools, places of worship, shops and other buildings. We know that a town is much smaller than a city but bigger than a village.
