RHE Workshops
Relationship and Health Education is a statutory subject at Primary School which supports children with making healthy lifestyle choices and developing positive relationships. The RHE Workshop for parents explained what is covered at Primary School, how and why we teach it. We use the Ten:Ten resources as recommended by our diocese. During the presentation parents had the opportunity to view these resources which can be accessed via the Parent Portal.

Phonics Workshop
Throughout Reception and Key stage 1 parents are invited to take part in a range of activities to support their understanding of the Synthetic Phonics Programme Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised that is used at Holy Cross Catholic Primary School. This is used to teach all children how to become fluent readers.
